1. Acceptance and scope
By installing, accessing, or using Smart Hub TV, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the application.
2. License of use
Smart Dev grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use Smart Hub TV on compatible tvOS devices.
3. Responsibility over content and access
Users are responsible for having legitimate permissions to access, index, and playback the content connected through SMB, WebDAV, SFTP, NFS, FTP, DLNA, Plex, Dropbox, Google Drive, or other available integrations.
Smart Hub TV does not host audiovisual content and does not verify ownership of files, servers, shares, or accounts connected by the user.
4. Third-party integrations
The app may interoperate with services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Plex, TMDB, Trakt, iCloud, and the App Store. Each service is governed by its own terms, policies, quotas, and technical conditions.
5. Availability and limitation of liability
Smart Hub TV depends on network connectivity, source availability, third-party APIs, credentials, permissions, file compatibility, and the user's device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Dev is not liable for data loss, interruptions, unavailable integrations, indirect damages, or improper use of the app.
